Donation Request Guidelines
To ensure your request is properly reviewed, please follow the guidelines below.
Submit Requests at Least 30 Days in Advance
All donation requests must be submitted for a minimum of 30 days prior to your event date. This allows our team adequate time to evaluate your request and coordinate potential support.
Requests submitted less than 30 days before the event may not be considered.
Provide Complete Organization Details
To help us review your application efficiently, please include the following information:
- Organization name and primary contact details
- Event name, date, and location
- A brief description of the event or fundraising purpose
- The type of donation requested (e.g., gift cards, food, catering support)
- 501(c)(3) status and Tax ID number, if applicable
Incomplete applications may delay or prevent review.
Review & Response Process
Once your request is submitted, our team carefully evaluates it based on timing, alignment, and available resources.
If your donation request is approved, a representative from Midwood Smokehouse or FS Food Group will contact you directly via email or phone.
If you do not hear from us within two weeks of your event date, it indicates that we are unable to accommodate your request at this time.
Types of Donations We Consider
Depending on availability and event alignment, we may provide:
- Gift card donations
- Food donations
- Catering support for charitable events
- Contributions for raffles, auctions, or fundraising prizes
